  • Fürstenwalde sits aroúnd 55 km east of central Berlin on the route to Frankfurt/Oder, which is another 35 km away. In the last few years a state-of-the-art golf course, tennis park and riding arena have been established at a distance of about 7 km to the South in the area of Bad Saarow.

    The property in question is situated on a central location North of the railway Berlin-Frankfurt/Oder-Warsaw-Moscow. The train station is maybe 500 m away. The neighborhood has been built-up mostly with 2 to 6-story apartment blocks and a few commercial buildings. The city hospital is close by, too.
    Description E-shaped building complex on a corner lot of solid brick structure plus partial basement. In 1993 the former wholesale and production facility has been transformed into a retail and leisure building. The 2 inner yards are paved with concrete.

    The tenants structure ranges from a car workshop with access from the side road, veterinary practice and offices through to a few apartments on top floor.
