The property is located very close to the S/SW border of the German capital, Berlin, in the Federal State of Brandenburg,
district Dahme-Spreewald. The municipality is home of about 1,700 residents. It's just a maybe 6 minutes car ride to next city
train station of Berlin's excellent public transportation system. Next access to A 10 highway and new extension of the inner
city highway is within easy reach of about 1 to 2 minutes by car. Of course bus routes are available, too. There are
good shopping possibilities around since there are several shopping centers in the area, also central markets (furniture and
floorings department store etc.). A kindergarten is easy reachable on foot close to the back of the land plot on the other side of the
rear access road. |

This is about a large site accessible from 2 roads which has not been occupied in a long time. The development is a detached
farmhouse at the front of the lot and an U-shaped stable and barn complex, that makes the unpaved yard actually to
come out to be a little more private.
As mentioned above and as to be seen on the photographs the current condition of the buildings
is not good and needs extensive refurbishment. It might also be an option for the buyer to tear the houses down and to built-up something new.
The year of construction of the buildings is not available. We assume the farmhouse has been built in the 1940/50's. Until about 2000
there were a medical practice on ground floor and two apartments on top floor. In addition the attic has not yet built-out, which might
increase the total floor space. The house has a basement. For security reasons windows and doors have been blocked. The building
currently is accessible from locked basement only.
The transverse building at the rear is a former calves stable. The current
status of the interior perfectly can be seen on the pictures, so please allow not to describe this further. Right-hand side of the main
building is another former calves stable (used for young stock) with vault ceilings and optically good preserved loft space reachable
from small brick stairs. Left-hand side of the farmhouse is a former barn of similar layout and status floowed by an adjacent solid shed.
The nearby airport is noticeable of course, but not that distinctive from our point of view. We will be pleased to appoint for a viewing to
