The 4-story solid brick building is located within a redevelopment area. It underwent an extensive reconstruction in
1993.
The light-colored facade still shows lovely ornaments and stucco. The front of the house has revamped
wooden double box windows, the back has PVC insulated windows. Entrance hall and staircase were lavishly designed with an
interesting mixture of stoneware and hardwood plus additional decorating wall panels and glazed railing between cast-iron
struts. The office and apartment building has a gas central heating and hot-water system.
The open
paved back area features several parking lots arranged in a circle which is framed by well-kept greeneries. The access is
done at the East-facing gable of the house. |
